MyQuire Users

Meet Grace, a non-profit administrator. Grace needed tools to coordinate volunteers and keep all of her programs on track. MyQuire gives her all the right tools for free.

  • Grace likes seeing what she has to do today on MyQuire’s Home better than the multiple task lists and spreadsheets she used before.
  • Each program, such as her youth outreach, is a Project where she can upload team files and see if volunteers finished the tasks she gave them.
  • Grace has Groups that she uses to coordinate volunteers for an outreach program that’s run in 5 boroughs of New York City.

  • Each of Anna’s organizations is a Group where Anna can see what needs to get done, save files so everyone has the latest version, and check who is online at 2am to do a web-meeting on the fly.
  • By creating a Project for her economics class, Anna and her friends can share notes and plan their final presentation and work together remotely over March break.
